We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager - FMCG to lead and grow sales operations across assigned territories. The role focuses on driving distributor sales, expanding market reach, managing field teams, and achieving revenue targets in both General Trade and Modern Trade.
Key Responsibilities
Drive FMCG sales growth across assigned territory
Manage distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners
Lead, train, and monitor the field sales team
Ensure target achievement (primary & secondary sales)
Plan market coverage, beat planning, and promotions
Analyze sales data and prepare MIS reports
Implement company sales strategies and schemes
Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation mandatory (MBA preferred)
3+ years of experience in FMCG sales
Experience in distributor and channel management
Local market knowledge will be an added advantage
