Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Officer to expand our market presence through the appointment of dealers and distributors while ensuring consistent sales growth. The role requires city and nearby town visits, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving both primary and secondary sales. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building networks, handling negotiations, and achieving targets.
Sales Officer Job Responsibilities and Duties
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and distribution targets.
Actively participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure effective product placement, availability, and visibility in the market.
Follow up with dealers/distributors for sales orders, payments, and stock movement.
Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors in assigned regions.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.
Monitor dealer/distributor performance and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Provide training and product knowledge sessions to channel partners.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales activity reports to the management team.
Visit nearby towns/cities regularly to generate new business opportunities.
Sales Officer Job Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales positions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Good working knowledge of Computers ( MS office , Internet Etc.)
Customer Relationship Management.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and nearby towns
Should be a team player
Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate)
