Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to drive the sales of our frozen food products. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer relationship management skill, and a passion for the food industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding our market presence, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets for frozen food products by Identifying and targeting new business opportunities and potential clients within the designated territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Present and promote the company's frozen food products to potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and food service establishments. Provide product demonstrations, answer customer queries, and offer solutions to meet their needs.
Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Close sales deals effectively and efficiently, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation in a timely manner. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a professional and timely manner. Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product development team to improve offerings.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the FMCG market and sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ?27,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
