Boche Tea is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Officer
to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the tea industry or FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
Promote Boche Tea products through strategic sales techniques and marketing initiatives.
Meet and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Ensure timely order processing, deliveries, and after-sales service.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum of
1-2 years
of FMCG sales experience, preferably in the tea
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within assigned regions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
