Incentives:

Up to 20% of monthly salary

Role Overview

The Sales Officer (SO)

will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, expanding retail coverage, and ensuring visibility of our products across

Punjab

. The candidate must have strong field sales experience in FMCG.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company. Manage and grow distributor & retailer networks. Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability at retail points. Conduct daily market visits & track competitor activities. Execute beat planning and ensure full route coverage. Coordinate with ASM and sales team for strategic execution. Handle order booking, payment collection & distributor stock management. Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reporting.

Skills Required

Strong experience in

FMCG

distribution & retail sales. Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills. Understanding of

Punjab market routes & geography.

Ability to work independently with strong target orientation. Basic knowledge of Excel, reporting & email communication.

Incentive Structure

Monthly incentive is based on the percentage of target achievement:

1. 100% or above Target Achievement

? 3 Star Rating Gold Certificate 100% incentive (Example: ₹30,000 salary ? ?6,000 incentive)

2. 90% to 99.99% Achievement

?? 2 Star Rating Silver Certificate 65% of incentive

3. 85% to 89.99% Achievement

? 1 Star Rating Bronze Certificate 25% of incentive

4. Wrong Billing or Manipulation

Incentive will be cancelled.

5. Special Honor Rating

If a Sales Officer achieves significantly higher than the assigned target, the company may award a Special Honor Rating along with additional incentive benefits.

Age:

28 years or above.

Experience:

5-8 years in FMCG sales

(any product category). Proven track record in sales and distribution management.
