Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers regularly to promote and sell FMCG products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach in the assigned territory.
Ensure product visibility, display, and availability in all key outlets.
Collect market feedback and competitor information to support business decisions.
Manage order booking, collections, and timely delivery coordination.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers and key accounts.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
12th pass / Graduate in any discipline

1-2 years of field sales experience
in FMCG (Food, Beverage, or Personal Care) preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 18k to 20k per month + incentives
