We are looking for a proactive and driven

Field Sales Executive

with 0-4 years of relevant experience in B2B field sales. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in

manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through

cold calling

,

field visits

, and lead generation Conduct

site visits

to understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, builders, or procurement teams Manage and mentor a small team of junior sales executives to ensure target achievement Sell a variety of chemicals to be used in different Manufacturing industries. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques.

Candidate Requirements:

MBA (Marketing)Prefered 0-4 years of experience in
