with 2-4 years of relevant experience in B2B field sales. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through

cold calling

,

field visits

, and lead generation Conduct

site visits

to understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, builders, or procurement teams Manage and mentor a small team of junior sales executives to ensure target achievement Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients Maintain sales data and provide timely reports to management Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity Collaborate with internal teams such as technical, installation, and operations for project coordination Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required

Candidate Requirements:

Any Bachelor's degree Prefered 2-4 years of experience in

field sales

industries Experience in handling site-related queries, working with civil/technical teams, and understanding basic technical specs Prior experience in
