Job Summary

?The BPO Sales Officer is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships to drive revenue growth for our logistics services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent negotiation skills and a strong understanding of freight forwarding, transportation, and supply chain solutions. This role operates in a fast-paced BPO environment, requiring exceptional time management and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

?Key Responsibilities

?Lead Generation & Prospecting:

?Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

?Research potential clients and understand their specific logistics needs.

?Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales leads.

?Sales & Client Acquisition:

?Present and promote a range of logistics services, including freight forwarding (air, sea, road), warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions.

?Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

?Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contracts to close sales deals.

?Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

?Client Relationship Management:

?Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.

?Build and nurture long-term, trusting relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

?Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information on shipment status and services.

?Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

?Market Intelligence & Reporting:

?Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.

?Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

?Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

?Qualifications

?Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

?Experience: Proven experience in a BPO, sales, or customer service role, with a strong preference for experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.

?Skills:

?Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive tone.

?Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

?Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client needs and unexpected issues.

?Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.

?Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant sales tools.

?Resilience: Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of calls and sales activities.

?Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of logistics terminology, processes, and international trade is a significant advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
