Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Sales:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned financial products.
Approach walk-in and referred customers from HDFC Ltd and DSAs.
Pitch and sell financial products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, and Mutual Funds.
Influence customers with no prior HDFC relationship to invest.
Gather customer documents and ensure accurate completion of forms before logging sales.
Update leads and maintain customer records in CRM tools.
Stay updated with HDFC and competitor product offerings to handle customer objections effectively.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
Build trust and rapport with clients through clear communication and service excellence.
Work closely with
HDFC Ltd.
executives and DSAs for lead conversion.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support, follow-ups, and updates.
3. Account Management & Servicing:
Assist existing customers with renewals, claims, and service-related queries.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy servicing, endorsements, and documentation.
Maintain accurate daily reports (DSR, sales diaries, etc.) and MIS.
4. Compliance & Certification:
Undergo mandatory certifications (IRDA, AMFI) as per product requirements.
Ensure all sales are compliant with HDFC and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain integrity and transparency in customer dealings.
Report discrepancies or mismatched customer data before business booking.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi mandatory).
Confident in presenting and convincing customers.
Good understanding of financial products (Deposits, Insurance, Mutual Funds).
Proactive, customer-oriented, and self-motivated.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM).
Relationship-building mindset with a strong ethical approach.
