Job Title: Sales OfficerLocation: ErnakulamExperience: Fresher / Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or banking.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is mandatory.Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 per month + attractive incentivesShift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PMWorking Days: 6 days a weekNo : of Opening : 8Key Responsibilities:New Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.Cross-Selling: Promote and sell a range of financial products to existing and new clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met and provide ongoing support.Financial Analysis: Conduct financial assessments and analysis to understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable products.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Requirements
