Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate business lead.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Participate in sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field ( BBA/MBA preferred).
Proven experience in sales (preferably 1-3 years).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
Result-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
