Job Description

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. The Sales Officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and provide exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:


Customer acquisition:

Source new customers through various channels, including open market, developer relationships, DSAs, and branch networks.

Sales and lead generation:

Promote and sell home loan products, generate leads, and convert them into applications.

Documentation and processing:

Ensure customers provide necessary documentation, handle the initial stages of the loan process (application, verification, pre-sanction), and ensure files are completed accurately and on time.

Customer relationship management:

Build relationships with customers and provide them with end-to-end assistance throughout the loan lifecycle.

Cross-selling:

Identify opportunities to cross-sell other products like insurance or fixed deposits to home loan customers.

Product knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's home loan and LAP products and the competition's offerings. *

Market knowledge:

Possess good knowledge of the local affordable housing market and schemes like PMAY (if applicable).
