To achieve assigned sales targets by identifying and developing new sources in the designated area, maintaining source relationships, and ensuring overall productivity through efficient geography and channel management.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Area / Geography Mapping
Regularly map assigned geography down to lane-level with support from supervisors.
Identify new sourcing opportunities within the mapped areas.
Provide mapping updates and insights during team huddles.
2.
Source Relationship Management
Manage and maintain productive relationships with assigned and identified sourcing partners (DSAs, BSAs, connectors).
Drive lead conversion ratios (LSR, SLR, MS) through engagement and process adherence.
3.
Sales Reporting
Maintain daily and periodic sales reports in prescribed formats.
Record daily activities in a structured diary as per organizational guidelines.
4.
Channel Partner Recruitment
Identify and empanel new channel partners/BSAs.
Ensure compliance with partner norms and category guidelines.
5.
Team Huddles
Participate in daily morning team huddles.
Share updates, performance data, and discuss progress and challenges.
6.
Customer Relationship Management
Engage with customers to offer the right home loan solutions.
Manage end-to-end sales process including KYC, documentation, eligibility analysis, objection handling, and after-sales service.
