Job Title: Sales Officer (FMCG)

Location: West Delhi

Experience: 2-4 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to manage and expand our FMCG sales in West Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets and increase market share in assigned territory

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders

3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities

4. Manage and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives

5. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights for improvement

6. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements:

1. 2-4 years of experience in FMCG sales

2. Strong understanding of FMCG industry trends and market dynamics

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
