Job Role:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to join our team as Sales Officers. The role will involve direct sales, channel development, and customer relationship management to expand our footprint in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retailers in assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and customer feedback surveys Promote new products and offers to channel partners Work closely with the production and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment Maintain proper documentation and reports related to sales activities
Preferred Qualifications:

Graduation or Post Graduation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Willingness to travel locally/regionally Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset Knowledge or prior internship experience in paints/building materials/FMCG sector is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
