It is a holistic role that requires the candidate to manage the Channel network, sales and create demand for the brand. The shortlisted candidate would manage retail/ Channel Sales for Jindal Panther TMT Rebars be assigned region and given the list of clients and their contact details. The traits we are looking for

- Arranging sales visits with prospective clients
- Visit Door to Door and Shop to Shop Movement for prospective clients
- Site Visit
- Build relationship with Architectures, Builders, Contractors
- Maintaining proper sales and performance records
- Achieving sales targets
- Pay attention to customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions to make a sale
- Have the knack to develop and maintain client relationships via email, call, or in-person
- Be quick to revert to emails and calls
- Accumulate market and customer information
- Acts as a bridge between the company and potential clients
- Help in product development by suggesting client requirements
- Fixed Compensation- Annual package of INR 1.6 to 2.5 lakhs
- Performance Incentive based on target performance review
