Responsibilities :
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Hire, train, and advise a team of sales representative
Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders
Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing
Age: Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
