Job Description

Job Summary:



The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting the diagnostic services of the center to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers, as well as engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. The role involves increasing business opportunities, tracking sales performance through MIS, identifying gaps in service delivery, and planning actionable strategies to bridge those gaps. The position requires regular travel within the city (local) and to nearby towns (ex-stations).

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development & Promotion

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and referral partners. Promote diagnostic services, packages, and new offerings effectively. Generate leads, convert them into business, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Customer Handling & Service Excellence

Address queries from doctors, patients, and corporate clients with professionalism. Ensure high levels of service satisfaction and smooth customer experience. Collect feedback and suggest improvements to management.

Performance Monitoring & MIS

Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales performance. Track revenue growth, customer acquisition, and service utilization. Identify business gaps and implement corrective action plans.

Market Expansion & Strategy

Conduct regular visits to both local and outstation areas to increase brand presence. Identify untapped opportunities, competitive activities, and market trends. Develop and execute strategies to enhance market share and customer base.

Requirements:



Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in healthcare/diagnostics/pharma sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good knowledge of local healthcare providers and market dynamics. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools (Excel/PowerPoint). Willingness to travel extensively (local and outstation).
