Sales & Business Development



Generate B2B leads and acquire new clients in

Alumina, Aluminum, Metallurgy, Refinery, Ceramics, Chemical, and Refractory

sectors. Achieve sales targets through structured planning and market penetration. Promote various Alumina grades (e.g.,

Smelter Grade Alumina, Calcined Alumina, Specialty Alumina

).

Client Relationship Management



Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and industrial buyers. Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions related to alumina applications. Handle customer complaints, quality concerns, and service requirements.

Market Intelligence



Track competitor activities, pricing trends, market demand, and customer procurement cycles. Identify opportunities in existing and emerging markets.

Commercial Activities



Prepare

quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and pricing negotiations

. Coordinate with logistics/operations for timely dispatches and order fulfillment. Monitor receivables and ensure timely payment collection.

Reporting & Coordination



Maintain sales reports, customer data, order pipeline, and forecast planning. Work closely with production, quality, and supply-chain teams for seamless customer service.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
