Handle customer complaints, quality concerns, and service requirements.
Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, market demand, and customer procurement cycles.
Identify opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
Commercial Activities
Prepare
quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and pricing negotiations
.
Coordinate with logistics/operations for timely dispatches and order fulfillment.
Monitor receivables and ensure timely payment collection.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain sales reports, customer data, order pipeline, and forecast planning.
Work closely with production, quality, and supply-chain teams for seamless customer service.
