Key Responsibilities:
Daily market visits to connect with parlours and distributors.
Pitch and promote our product range to potential clients.
Take orders and ensure timely follow-up for delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Prepare reports on sales activities and market insights.
Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-6 years of sales experience (preferably in beauty, personal care, or FMCG).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong market knowledge and client networking ability.
Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis.
