Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in the cosmetic, baby, Organic product, Ayurvedic industry. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in over-the-counter (OTC) sales, adeptness in distributor management, and strong negotiation skills. An MBA qualification will be considered an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
Distributor & Channel Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
Ensure effective distributor onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
Negotiation & Relationship Building:
Negotiate terms and agreements with distributors and key clients to maximize profitability.
Foster long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure sustained business growth.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Pay: ₹9,097.31 - ₹400,000.00 per year
