Job Description

The Sales Officer - Container Homes will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by promoting and selling container home solutions to clients in residential, commercial, and institutional markets. The role involves identifying leads, building client relationships, conducting presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction from inquiry to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for container homes. Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Meet with prospective clients to understand housing needs and propose suitable container home solutions. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with the management team. Coordinate with the design, engineering, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns to promote container homes. Track and report sales performance and market trends to management.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in sales (real estate, prefabricated housing, or construction industry preferred).

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
