Role Summary
We're looking for a Sales Operations specialist, with senior level experience (5+ years). As a Sales Operations specialist, we require someone who can understand the various pre-sales & sales processes and support developing/modifying corporate documents & presentations to fit the unique business proposal requirements.
Your Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality business proposal presentations tailored to the needs and preferences of potential clients.
• Collaborate with the global sales team to gather information, including product or service details, pricing, and customer-specific requirements.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client backgrounds to craft proposals that resonate with target audiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in proposal development to continuously improve our approach.
• Understand the corporate brand and ensure all documents are adhering to the brand visual & communication guidelines.
• Organising and maintaining sales collateral for access by the sales team.
• Create clear and accurate visual presentations that are impactful & inspire our customers.
• Create persuasive narratives that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
• Edit, rework, and enhance existing materials, and proofread all documents to ensure they meet our quality standards
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather information and ensure proposal alignment with organisational goals
