Role Overview
We are looking for a
tech-savvy Sales Engineer
who can combine technical expertise with strong customer engagement skills. The role involves understanding client needs, providing technical solutions, and driving sales for Madhus Garage Equipment's range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver
technical presentations
explaining MGE's products and services to customers.
Collaborate with the
sales team
to understand customer requirements and provide technical support.
Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
Generate and follow up
on high-quality leads, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
Assist in
product demonstrations
, installations, and post-sales technical support.
Research and recommend product modifications or upgrades to meet customer needs.
Set and achieve
sales goals and performance targets.
Train other sales team members on the technical aspects of products and systems.
Technical Knowledge Required
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in
garage equipment
, including:
Wheel Aligner, Wheel Balancer, Tyre Changer, Car Lifts, Bodyshop Equipment (Paint Booth, Welding Equipment).
Basic understanding of:
Suspension & Steering Geometry
(Wheel Alignment, Wheel Balancing, Road Force Balancing).
Working of double-acting pumps, power packs, multimeters, diodes, and microcontrollers (Intel 8081).
ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
- basic knowledge preferred.
Skills & Attributes
Strong communication skills in
English, Hindi
, and local language.
Excellent
interpersonal and problem-solving
abilities.
Customer-focused mindset
with patience and strong engagement skills.
Ability and willingness to
travel
(intra-city & inter-city).
Self-driven with a strong desire to
learn and grow
.
Experience in
sales of technology or automotive equipment
preferred.
