Job Description

1. CASA Sales & Acquisition- Acquire new Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers through field visits, cold calling, references, and market activities.- Explain product features, benefits, charges, and documentation requirements.- Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and balance targets. 2. Customer Relationship Management- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.- Provide timely service and support to ensure satisfaction.- Cross-sell products such as debit cards, fixed deposits, insurance, and digital banking. 3.
