Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and engineers. Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealers/distributors. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Ensure timely order booking, dispatch, and payment collection. Organize promotional activities like site visits, product demos, and contractor meets. Regularly visit project sites to monitor product usage and maintain client satisfaction. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management. Ensure brand visibility and maintain stock levels with dealers/distributors. Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly

Experience:

2-5 years of sales experience in the TMT or construction materials sector.

Languages:

Local language fluency; English and/or Tamil is a plus.

License:

Must possess a valid driving license and two-wheeler (if required for field travel).

Sales volume and revenue growth. Number of new dealer appointments. Payment collection efficiency. Market penetration and brand visibility. Customer satisfaction and retention.
