Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned area
Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and retailers
Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and merchandising
Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activity and consumer trends
Execute sales promotions, schemes, and trade marketing activities
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors/retailers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3-10 years of sales experience in FMCG industries only
Good knowledge of the local market and distribution network
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
