Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Officer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at SkyRoots Ventures LLP. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our gluten-free food products in the Bangalore Rural area of Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of the local market
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
  • Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Promote and educate customers about the benefits of gluten-free food products
  • Collect and analyze sales data to track performance and make informed decisions
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
