Job Title: Sales Officer/Senior Sales Officer

Reports to : Area Sales Manager / Manager - Sales


Roles & Responsibilities:

Achieve sales by meeting various distributors and farmers. Understand their requirements and provide them the requisite solutions. Ensure that the budgeted sales volumes and revenues are met with, so as to achieve business results in line with the Companies Credit policy. Carry out field visits, i.e. visiting dealers, distributors, farmers, etc in ones own territory for product penetration. Expand new markets by appointing new distributors. Collection & ensuring KYC of new distributors in the entry level. Manage current distributors, take sales orders from them and ensure timely delivery of products by liasoning with the backend. Evaluate target customers and farm tracking processes across the team resulting in business growth. Coordinate and manage the process of collections from the dealers and the distributors based the credit limit available to them. Monitoring the company's top priority product (focus product Appointment of new distributor/sub-distributor in the vacant area Visiting the market of a distributor and generate the secondary sales through the dealer, sub-dealer. Payment follow-up from distributors and farmers.

Desired Profile :

Any bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Preferably Aquaculture / Fisheries or Marine biology degree. Proven experience in B2B sales & B2C sales of Aquaculture products with 1I to 4 years of field sales experience. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
