Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in the plastic manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities for our range of plastic products.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets (e.g., packaging, automotive, construction, consumer goods). Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers using solid arguments and technical knowledge. Conduct market research to understand current trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Provide regular reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and expand market reach.

Requirements:

Any Graduate Proven experience

(3-5 years)

in sales,

preferably from the plastic or manufacturing industry.
