Work closely with distributors to ensure seamless supply & sales operations.
Budget Management & Collections:
Achieve the assigned sales budget.
Manage collections efficiently with a smart Days of Sales (DOS) approach.
Market Expansion & Product Placement:
Identify & develop new areas of white spaces, ensuring effective product placement.
Drive growth in market share by actively promoting SRI LANGTA BABA STEELS(P) LIMITED products.
Dealer & Sub-Dealer Management:
Depending on responsibilities, act as either a Primary Sales Officer (focused on dealers) or a Secondary Sales Officer (focused on sub-dealers).
Ensure strong relationships & smooth operations with the dealer & sub-dealer network.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or steel industry.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work closely with distributors & dealers to drive growth.
Two-wheeler is mandatory
