Sales Officer

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive / Sales Officer to help build and expand our business activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in discovering new sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sustainable business growth.

If you have strong communication skills, are confident in meeting customers in person, and enjoy promoting products directly in the market, we would like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek new business through cold calling, field visits, networking, and social media Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and concerns Present, demonstrate, and promote company products to customers Prepare and maintain daily activity sheets, follow-ups, and sales tracking reports Ensure availability of stock for sales and product demonstrations Negotiate prices, close deals, and handle customer objections or complaints professionally Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams for improvement

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as a Sales Executive / Sales Officer or similar role (minimum 1-2 years) Good proficiency in English (additional local language knowledge is an advantage) Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting) Sound understanding of sales and marketing techniques, preferably in Steel Pipes / Tubes / Sheets Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline
