Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Promote and sell agrochemical products to retailers, distributors, and farmers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Market Development
:
Conduct product demonstrations and farmer meetings to increase product awareness.
Gather market intelligence on competitors' products, pricing, and strategies.
Provide feedback on product performance and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management
:
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users (farmers).
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Territory Management
:
Plan and manage sales routes and schedules effectively.
Maintain data on sales, collections, and customer profiles for assigned areas.
Reporting and Documentation
:
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Maintain records of stock, collections, and outstanding payments.
