Toronto Global Academy is seeking a results-driven and experienced
Admissions Manager
to lead our
K-12 student recruitment
initiatives across the
MENA region
. The ideal candidate will have
proven experience in enrolling students
and a strong understanding of the regional education landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end K-12 admissions process
efficiently and effectively.
Develop and execute
regional recruitment and outreach strategies
to achieve enrollment targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
parents, schools, and education partners
.
Lead and motivate the admissions team to deliver results.
Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to plan and participate in recruitment events and promotional campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on admissions performance and market trends.
Requirements:
4-6 years
of experience in
K-12 admissions or student recruitment
, with at least
2 years in a supervisory role
.
Proven track record of enrolling students
and achieving admission targets.
Strong knowledge of the
Indian education market
.
Excellent
communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
.
Ability to work independently in a
remote environment
and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
Salary:
Up to INR 40,000 per month
