We are looking for a result-oriented

Sales Development Executive

to join our growing team. The role involves identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through field sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate new leads through market research and field visits. Pitch products/services to potential clients and explain value propositions. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute effective strategies. Provide timely reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Key Requirements:



Graduation is mandatory. 1 to 3 years of experience in

field sales/marketing

(preferably BFSI/Insurance/Banking). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven and self-motivated. Willingness to travel for client meetings.
