Qualification Required - BBA, MBA (Marketing Preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in the cosmetic, baby, Organic product, Ayurvedic industry. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in over-the-counter (OTC) sales, adeptness in distributor management, and strong negotiation skills. An MBA qualification will be considered an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

? Sales & Business Development:

? Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.

? Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.

? Distributor & Channel Management:

? Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.

? Ensure effective distributor onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.

? Negotiation & Relationship Building:

? Negotiate terms and agreements with distributors and key clients to maximize profitability.

? Foster long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure sustained business growth.

? Market Analysis & Strategy:

? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

? Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product development teams.

? Reporting & Compliance:

? Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence.

? Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
