The Sales Office Assistant will support the sales team in daily operations, documentation, customer communication, and coordination work. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
o Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily office tasks and coordination.
Maintain customer records, inquiries, and follow-up details.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation.
Attend customer calls and provide required information.
Coordinate with field staff for site visits and updates.
Manage email communication and maintain digital files.
Support in preparing sales reports and data entry.
Ensure smooth office operations related to sales activities.
o Requirements
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any field).
Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
o Preferred Skills
Experience in sales support or office admin 01 to 04 year .
