will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer networks, and promoting electric vehicle products in the assigned territory. This role requires a deep understanding of the EV market, excellent B2B management skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve EV sales targets in assigned region/territory.
Identify and onboard new dealerships, fleet partners, and B2B customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the EV segment.
Conduct regular product presentations, demos, and training sessions for dealers and customers.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support product launches and campaigns.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or electric vehicle industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing dealerships or B2B customer accounts is a plus.
Familiarity with electric vehicle technology and charging infrastructure is an advantage
