You will get an opportunity to play a vital role in the development of Logistics & Services business for Maersk IBS, while working closely with customers, sales account owners and other internal stakeholders. This is a senior position in the Sales Operations team and would play an important role in driving sales performance, volumes delivery, planning & forecasting, owning SFDC health and hygiene, and in shaping accurate narratives around IBS sales performance. This is an opportunity to work with highly professional teams in an environment where you will be valued, recognized, and well rewarded. Key Responsibilities . Lead Double down project for the area - Ocean contracting strategy & operations plan. Provide forward looking insights on top customers linking ocean & integrated solutions game play along with ocean product team . Consolidate market rate feedback for key trades - basis inputs from sales and suggest suitable pricing decisions to the ocean product team. . Forecasting - Work with sales teams to forecast volumes delivery of each vertical do the gap analysis, & make plans to bridge the gap . Driving process efficiencies in pricing & contracting. Engage with the back-end support team to ensure that contracting outcomes are not hindered by process delays. . Management reporting on ocean KPIs -driving contract fulfilment ratios, preparing memos, outlining area narrative on ocean performance . Review volume delivery on non-controlled ocean contracts . Sales pipeline - ocean contracts - maintain and drive SFDC hygiene on ocean Who we are looking for . A Bachelor/Master\'s degree is required with 5+ years industry or equivalent sales, sales performance, sales excellence, or project management experience. . Past exposure in sales excellence, sales operations and hands-on SFDC experience are preferred. . Analytical bent of mind and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. . Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders. . You should possess enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, high integrity and a willingness to learn. . You should have excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (both written and oral) and should be very good at stakeholder management. . In addition, you should have organizational and time management skills including multitasking, prioritising, and the ability to plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines.
