Key Responsibilities
Negotiate
employee contracts, compensation packages, and benefits
in alignment with company policies.
Collaborate with the
sales team

Act as a

Conduct
market research
to benchmark salaries, benefits, and competitor offerings.
Support
talent acquisition
by negotiating offers with candidates and ensuring successful onboarding.
Draft, review, and manage
contracts and agreements
(employment, client service, vendor-related).
Provide advice on
labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
during negotiations.
Build and maintain
strong relationships
with clients, stakeholders, and employees.
Train managers and team leads on
