Client Communication:

Building relationships with potential buyers or clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with information about products or properties.

Marketing and Prospecting:

Creating marketing materials, arranging open houses, and conducting property viewings to attract potential buyers.

Negotiation:

Facilitating discussions and managing offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable and mutually agreeable terms for a sale or lease.

Market Analysis:

Sales Progression:

Guiding the sale through to completion, including managing paperwork, coordinating with legal professionals, and resolving potential conflicts.

Identifying opportunities for further business and networking to grow the client portfolio.
