Sales Navigator Specialist
to help our team identify, qualify, and engage high-value leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The ideal candidate is experienced with outbound prospecting, understands B2B lead generation, and can turn data into actionable outreach strategies.
Responsibilities
Use
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
to identify and segment targeted prospect lists
Conduct advanced searches and apply filters to find ideal customer profiles
Build, organize, and maintain lead lists
Track and analyze prospecting performance and lead quality
Collaborate with the sales team to develop messaging and outreach strategies
Monitor trends, profiles, and engagement to refine targeting
Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Requirements
Proven experience with
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
