Responsibilities
Identify, research, and qualify potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
Build and maintain accurate prospect lists that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Monitor target accounts for trigger events, decision-maker changes, and buying signals.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop targeted outreach strategies.
Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Provide insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and new prospecting opportunities.
Support outbound campaigns by preparing lead lists and segmentation.
Track and report lead quality, conversion metrics, and pipeline impact.
Continuously refine search criteria and prospecting techniques to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting platforms.
1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or sales operations (or similar role).
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying opportunities.
