We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic
IT Sales Navigator
to drive business growth by identifying and connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in

, CRM tools, and have a strong understanding of IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Use
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and other digital tools to
prospect, qualify, and engage
new business leads in the IT sector.
Build targeted lead lists based on client personas, industries, or tech stacks.
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn messaging, and calls to schedule meetings or demos.
Research and map key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign execution and lead nurturing.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Provide market feedback and insights to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
Stay up-to-date on IT trends, competitor offerings, and target industries.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in IT sales, lead generation, or business development.
Strong hands-on experience with
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and other prospecting tools.
Basic understanding of IT services, software, or infrastructure solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in CRM platforms and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
