Maintain accuracy of sales data, customer information, routes, and user access.
Generate
daily, weekly, and monthly reports
related to:
Sales performance
Collections and outstanding payments
Visit efficiency and field activity tracking
Coordinate with the sales team to resolve data discrepancies or reporting issues.
Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to management.
Accounts & Finance Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain
sales, collection, and receivables reports
.
Support
day-to-day accounting entries
related to sales and collections.
Reconcile sales data between Field Assist reports and accounting records.
Assist in tracking customer outstanding balances and follow-ups.
Support month-end closing activities and basic financial reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams for billing, collections, and payment tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Accounting, Finance
, or a related field.
Prior experience in
accounts, finance, or MIS reporting
.
Basic understanding of
sales accounting, collections, and receivables
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
Experience with
sales force automation tools / Field Assist / CRM systems
is an advantage.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Preferred Experience:
1-3 years of experience in
Accounts, Sales Operations, or MIS roles
.
Exposure to
ERP or accounting software
(e.g., Tally, Zoho, SAP, etc.).
Experience in handling management dashboards and operational reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
