Key Responsibilities:Real Estate Sales:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects (residential and commercial).
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and investment benefits to clients.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
Follow up with clients after visits to close sales deals.
Maintain a database of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Telecalling & Lead Generation:
Conduct cold calling to identify and qualify new leads.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
Maintain daily call logs and lead reports.
Build and nurture client relationships through consistent communication.
Coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
Other Sales Activities:
Assist in promoting other products or services offered by the company.
Support marketing campaigns by following up with leads generated through social media, events, or ads.
Contribute ideas for improving client outreach and sales performance.
