Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role located in Jaipur. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product inventory, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring merchandise is accurately displayed and aligned with brand standards. This role involves analyzing sales trends, understanding customer preferences, and collaborating with suppliers to meet business needs. Additionally, the Merchandiser will manage customer relations and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and team members. Sales and Retail experience to manage inventory and maximize product sales. Marketing knowledge to assist in brand promotion and enhancing the overall customer experience. Attention to detail and a passion for fashion, preferably with knowledge of Indian bridal and festive wear trends. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage tasks efficiently on-site in a fast-paced environment. A degree or relevant experience in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
