We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Merchandiser
to manage product displays, ensure stock availability, and support sales growth through effective in-store merchandising. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of retail operations, and the ability to build relationships with store personnel and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned retail outlets to ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability.
Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels; coordinate with sales and supply teams for replenishment.
Implement merchandising plans and promotional activities according to brand guidelines.
Ensure all products are correctly priced, labeled, and placed.
Collect market intelligence on competitors' products, prices, and promotions.
Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
Submit daily/weekly sales and merchandising reports.
Achieve monthly sales and display targets.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
as a Merchandiser or in a similar sales/retail role.
Valid UAE driving license
(if position involves field work).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of FMCG/Retail/Consumer products market.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets.
Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting tools, etc.).
Physically fit and willing to travel between locations.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
