Job Role: Sales Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

Client Account Management

- Build, maintain, and expand client relationships by understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.

Sales Growth

- Drive business development initiatives to achieve sales targets and unlock new business opportunities.

Lead Generation & Follow-up

- Collaborate with the Marketing Associate to identify, pursue, and convert potential leads into long-term clients.

Global Merchandiser Collaboration

- Work closely with the Global Merchandiser to ensure smooth execution of client orders and high-quality service delivery.

Vendor Coordination

- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage procurement, production, and timely order execution.

Client Collaboration

- Act as a trusted advisor by providing consistent support, resolving queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Order Management

- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Service Excellence

- Provide exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships and strengthen business relationships.

Attention to Detail

- Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in managing accounts, documentation, and execution processes.

Skills & Competencies:

Merchant Sales & B2B Business Development Key Account Management Fashion & Apparel Industry Knowledge Vendor & Supplier Coordination Client Collaboration & Relationship Management Sales Maximisation & Target Achievement Strong Order Management Skills Detail-Oriented with Strong Communication

Experience:

3-4 years of

B2B sales experience
